Delivery costs are displayed and added to the basket when you Check out - you are able to see this charge before submitting your order. All our Biltong is fresh and will be dispatched as soon as possible with our orders being typically processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding Bank Holidays). If we have no stock of an item you have ordered, we will inform you when it will be ready and expected to be dispatched.
Please note: In November, December and in the run up to Easter, orders may take longer to process.
If you are not available to receive your delivery and your order is returned to us, a courier charge will be incurred, plus any additional costs of re-posting your order to you.
Based on previous experience with various postal services and as we are shipping food items, we have decided to only offer a courier service for your delivery. This provides you with a 24 hour delivery service which includes tracking.
Somebody will need to be available to receive it. It will be delivered between 7.30am - 5.30pm on the next working day following the email we send to tell you it has been dispatched. WHEN YOU RECEIVE THAT EMAIL IT IS TOO LATE TO REQUEST A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS OR MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS - your parcel will already have left us.
